    In this 60-minute session, we’ll take time to connect, explore what’s led you to care, and begin to understand how your nervous system has been adapting to life.
    We’ll do a detailed nervous system assessment and lay the groundwork for your care moving forward.

  • $75 adult, $45 under 18

    Each adjustment is unique and invites more ease, coherence, and adaptability.

    This session is 30 minutes.

  • $160 60 minutes, $120 45 minutes

    The extended session allows us to slow down, listen closely, and respond thoroughly to what your system is expressing. It includes longer craniosacral, fascial, and soft tissue work.
