Gentle Tonal Chiropractic for Families in Charleston, SC
The Living Room is a chiropractic studio in Charleston, SC, offering gentle tonal chiropractic care for adults, children, pregnancy, postpartum, and nervous system healing.
Tonal chiropractic is a gentle, nervous system-centered approach that works with the body through touch, awareness, and precise adjustments rather than force alone.
Using a somatic and holistic approach, The Living Room focuses on the body’s innate intelligence and geometry to help release stored tension patterns, also known as subluxations. Care is designed to support physical, emotional, and energetic integration while improving nervous system function and the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal.
Each 30-minute adjustment is guided by careful listening and individualized care to help the body reorganize, improve function, and foster lasting wellness. This gentle approach is suitable for all ages and stages of life.
Care may include anything from very gentle touch, deeper muscle work, to more familiar chiropractic adjustments done by hand or with an adjusting instrument, depending on what feels supportive and what your body is ready for.

Hello! I’m Dr. Kristin!
I’m passionate about helping families connect the dots between their bodies, their lived experiences, and the subtle spaces in between where healing unfolds. As your family chiropractor, I am honored to support you and your loved ones through all seasons of life so you can live in your fullest expression of health and ease. I believe that when we feel at home within our bodies, we feel more at home within our communities, allowing us to show up for one another with greater love, compassion, and understanding.
I am a lover of all animals, lattes, and sunshine. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me adjusting dogs and horses around Charleston, chipping away at to-do lists in local coffee shops, or walking Folly Beach with my dog, Juno.
