Gentle, intentional nervous system care for families in Charleston, South Carolina.

What if chiropractic could feel different?

In The Living Room, we recognize that each individual has a unique way of experiencing, adapting to, and moving through the world. Because of that, we let each person's nervous system guide the way we provide care.

Some people never receive a deep, traditional chiropractic adjustment in this office. Their body responds beautifully to light touch, guided breath, gentle movement, and subtle cues that help create space for change.

Others may benefit from whole-handed touch, deeper muscle work, and more dynamic inputs like what you might picture when you think of a chiropractic adjustment.

And oftentimes, what someone needs changes from visit to visit.

There isn't one right way to receive care. There is only the care that is right for you.

Each 30-minute adjustment is an opportunity to slow down, check in, and listen. In a world that moves quickly, it can be rare to have uninterrupted time to pause, turn inward, and notice what's happening in your body.

Sensitive Systems

Some bodies respond to touch, pressure, and movement differently. Care can be adapted for people with hypermobility, sensory sensitivities, neurodivergence, and other individual considerations.

I’m passionate about helping families connect more deeply to their bodies, their lived experiences, and the subtle spaces in between where healing unfolds. I believe that when we feel safe and present within our bodies, we can show up for one another with greater love, compassion, and understanding.

I am a lover of all animals, lattes, and sunshine. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me adjusting dogs and horses around Charleston, chipping away at to-do lists in local coffee shops, or walking Folly Beach with my dog, Juno.
